Our destinations
Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico is a popular tourist area on the southwest coast of Gran Canaria, in the municipality of Mogán. It is one of the sunniest areas of the island, allowing you to enjoy good weather 365 days a year.
Puerto Rico is synonymous with relaxation, good weather, beaches, gastronomy and leisure. A destination with fun options for all tastes and ages: from spending a day with the family in a theme park, to trying Canarian gastronomy in any of its typical restaurants, to practising water sports, playing golf, going on a dolphin-sighting excursion or getting into a buggy to go on a route around the island. You can also visit the Port of Mogán, known as the ‘Canarian Venice’, and go on a boat trip to see whales and dolphins.
Puerto Rico has it all, so all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself.
Beaches
The main beach is Playa de Puerto Rico, located in the centre of the tourist development. Sheltered by the breakwaters of the port and the ravine, the beach is sandy and the water generally calm. There’s also a promenade and a choice of restaurants and cafes right on the beach.
The other beach in Puerto Rico is Playa de Amadores. Situated among crags and cliffs, it also offers calm waters as it is protected by two breakwaters. The beach is connected to Puerto Rico via the promenade and the choice of restaurants and cafes is wide and varied. Both beaches are great options for swimming and water sports alike.

Playa del Inglés
Playa del Inglés is a coastal area in the south of Gran Canaria, east of the Maspalomas Dunes, stretching from Punta Maspalomas to San Agustín beach. It is one of the liveliest areas of the island and is a destination favoured by European tourists.
With year round temperatures ranging from 18 to 25ºC, Playa del Inglés attracts all types of holiday makers, including families, couples and groups of friends looking to enjoy the good weather and the wide range of leisure and relaxation options on offer.
The golden sandy beach of Playa de Inglés invites you to relax and practice water sports such as surfing, bodyboarding and kitesurfing. You can also enjoy relaxing walks on the sand, visit the restaurants and terraces in the area when you need to recharge your batteries or visit the beautiful beach of the neighbouring village of Meloneras, among other activities.
The Maspalomas Dunes
If there’s one tourist attraction that stands out in Playa del Inglés it’s the Maspalomas Dunes Special Nature Reserve, a protected natural area that is unique in the islands. The reserve extends over 400 hectares and is home to 3 distinct ecosystems: a dynamic extension of living dunes, a palm grove (also called an “oasis”) and a brackish lagoon known as “La Charca”. If you come to Gran Canaria, you won’t want to miss this extraordinary natural spectacle.
